Not only is he the Chief Experience Officer at FGX International and on the faculty at Parsons School of Design. He knows how to handle both a guitar and a bass.
Maybe it's that musicality that makes him understand the rhythms of change and agility so well.
It certainly felt like a little jazz improvisation talking to him about all things digital transformation. Fred knows what we are all learning its all turned toward the customer and toward service. The product only gets you so far — -if we don’t think about how to benefit the customer no amount of dancing around is going to benefit the business.
