Debbie Levitt doesn’t mince words — she issues a strong wake-up call to people working in digital transformation to radically empathize with their consumers or risk losing market share fast.

As “the Mary Poppins of CX,” Debbie strategically combines customer-centricity with Agile and Lean to “fly in, solve problems, transform companies and teams and sing a few songs.”

We had a great time chatting with Debbie — she is challenging and uses her decades of experience to train teams to raise the bar on how they approach customer centricity.

It’s clear that Debbie lives, eats, sleeps, and breathes customer centricity. She is constantly looking at how CX can transform our lived experiences and provides us with several real-world anecdotes from her own life to illustrate the importance of radical empathy.
